Baby Toes

blair and beal

Clothe babies in the comfort of real sustainable cotton technology within the real world. Selling products like onesies, socks, hats, and even coats. The price range will be from $30- 60. Our target market is the modern mother who wants their baby to be comfortable and cute. All our products will be gender neutral. This is something many mothers want now and will continue to want in the next few years.

With a location in Nashville, TN this will be an up-and-coming store with lots of visitors from the area and tourists. The main goal is to be near Broadway but also near Vanderbilt where lots of good shopping happens. 12th Ave is also a great street and location for our Brick and Mortar to be at in this climate. During the time of construction, online will be our main focus and foundation. This will grow our name and build us up to where the grand opening of the Brick and Mortar will be big.

Competitors +
Engagement

Some major companies in my industry are the big-name brands. Target, Walmart, Childrens Place, Carters, Nordstrom, H&M. I think their Strengths are that they are big names so everyone can shop from them easily and knows they are reliable and fast. Their weakness is that many probably use fast fashion, not dependable, not technology based. Their opportunities could be to partner with cotton inc. and use their technology. The threats are to the smaller companies like mine that could just take over.

I think social media will be the best way to reach the customer and communicate effectively to them. Also, window display and store front design. Many women in this target market use Instagram and tik tok. I think this would be a good place to start. I think the window display and store front design will help passersbys with knowing what is in our store. I think even event marketing could help. Having events or being at other people's events with pop-ups could help with Word of Mouth.
