Within Blair and Beal there will definitely be tasks to overcome as a new and growing business. We have strengths now, but we also have weaknesses that can be turned into strengths. We have opportunities to help us grow as an organization and then threats also that could compromise our organization if we do not address them properly and with care. SWOT is a great way for our company to figure out how to handle and where to start within our organization.
Within Blair and Beal our competition will be based on the brands you see to the left. These brands are bigger and therefore going to be harder to work against. However, being strong minded and able we will do our best to compete the best we can. We can become innovative with a mix of luxurious on a budget. We want to give our customers the very best and be the best and most home-like brand for them and their family.
